This website, booplux.com, is operated by ARTSTAR HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED. “We” and “us” mean that company. Booplux is the brand name on this site.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We can update this page. The version here is the current one.

1. Business use

The site is for trade buyers. You confirm that you are acting for a business, or that you are a sole trader old enough to make a contract. You will not use the site for anything illegal, including a breach of import rules or of someone else’s trademark.

2. A cart is an inquiry

Adding a product and sending the cart does not place an order and does not take a payment. The number on the product page is a list price. The price, the deposit, the packing and the ship date are the ones we confirm in writing. A number from an automatic reply is not our price.

3. Payment

This website does not charge a card. After you accept the quote, the usual terms are 30% by telegraphic transfer to start production and the balance before shipment. A letter of credit is discussed on the quote. Sample freight is paid by the buyer before the sample ships.

4. Specifications

You are responsible for the spec you send: quantity, size, finish, destination and any logo. We manufacture or buy to the approved sample. A change after approval is a new quote.

5. Your files

If you upload a logo or a drawing, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it to quote and, if you order, to produce. We do not sell your contact list.

6. The site

We may refuse an inquiry. We may change a list price or a product page before a quote is accepted. The invoice seller is ARTSTAR HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED.
