Shipping Policy

Prices on Booplux are list prices, EXW our Chaozhou office. The cart total is not a freight quote. Sea, air and courier are priced when you tell us the port.

What we can quote

EXW is the figure on the product page. FOB Shantou or Ningbo, and CIF or DDP, are on the written quote if you want them. Write to sales1@artstarhl.com with the destination.

When it leaves

The date is on the quote. It starts after the deposit, and after you approve a sample if the order needs one. We do not promise a ship date that is not on that quote.

How it moves

Sea freight is the usual way for a full order. Air freight and courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) are for samples and for small lots. A tracking number goes out by email after dispatch.

Packing

Ceramic bowls are packed as ceramic, in export cartons. Leashes, beds, brushes and toys are packed as the quote describes, so a soft bed is not cartoned like a bowl.

If the carton arrives damaged

Email sales1@artstarhl.com within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the outer carton, including the labels, and a photo of the damaged piece. We take that up with the carrier. The replacement or the credit is what we confirm on that email.

Address changes

A change is free if the goods have not left the warehouse. After dispatch, the carrier’s fee is yours.
