Privacy Policy
ARTSTAR HOMEWARES CO., LIMITED operates booplux.com under the brand Booplux. This page says what we do with the details you send us.
What we collect
If you write, or if you send a cart, we keep your name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the product list. The server also logs an IP address, the browser, and the time, which is normal for a website.
What we use it for
To answer the inquiry, to prepare the quote, to ship what you ordered, and to write back about that order. We do not sell the list. We do not rent it.
If you ask to be left off sales emails, we stop those emails. Messages about an open order still go out.
How long
Inquiry notes stay while the conversation is open and for the records a shipment needs. You can ask us to delete a contact that never became an order. Write to sales1@artstarhl.com.
Other sites
A link that leaves booplux.com is someone else’s site. Their privacy rules are theirs. WhatsApp has its own rules once the chat opens.
