Is Booplux only bowls?
No. Bowls are one group. Leashes, harnesses, beds, brushes and toys are on the same list and the same quote.
Is the price on the page the price I pay?
It is a list price, EXW, in US dollars. A logo, a special size run and the freight are on the written quote. The cart does not take a payment.
Can I pay on the website?
No. Deposit and balance are telegraphic transfer after you accept the quote.
Who pays for the sample?
You pay the sample freight before we send it.
Where are the goods made?
Ceramic bowls are glazed in Chaozhou. Other pet goods are made by the workshop named on that quote. The packing is described there too.
What is the minimum?
A printed leash and a new bowl mould are not the same quantity. The minimum is on the quote for the item you asked for.
Do you make medical claims?
No. Shampoo, combs and beds are ordinary pet goods. We will not print a vet claim on the carton.
Which port?
Tell us the port. EXW is the list price. FOB, CIF or DDP is calculated when we know the destination.
