Refunds Policy

These are made-to-order goods. Booplux does not run a retail return window.

What you can raise

Write within 7 days of delivery if the goods arrive broken, if we shipped the wrong item or the wrong quantity, or if they do not match the sample you approved. Email sales1@artstarhl.com with the quote reference, photos, and whether you want a replacement or a credit.

We reply within 2 to 3 business days with a reference number.

Custom work

A logo on a bowl, a leash or a carton, and a mould made for you, is custom work. A custom piece is not returned because the buyer changed their mind. It is replaced or credited when it is defective or when it does not match the approved sample.

Stock items

A return of unused stock, still in the original pack, is only with written approval. If we approve it, return freight is yours and a 20% restocking fee comes off the credit.

Cancellation

An inquiry is not an order. Once you have accepted the quote and paid the deposit, a production order can be cancelled within 48 hours. After production has started, the deposit covers material already cut.
